Thames Water low pressure

Over many years the low water pressure in Cantwell Road led significant numbers of residents to have problems with their heating and other appliances. Finally, after collecting signatures from many residents, complaining to Thames Water and involving the Consumers' Council for Water, we received the letter below from Thames Water's Chairman, Ian Marchant. If the problem ever recurs, quoting this letter should help Thames Water to acknowledge and resolve the problem.
